Return Procedure:

Refund Policy:

2. Please note that returns may be subject to return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving an incorrect or damaged product).

Exceptions:
1. Custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not meet the specifications as stated.
2. Hygiene products such as underwear, socks, and swimwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons unless they are defective upon receipt.
